The best thing about a rechargeable vibrator is that you never have to worry about running out of batteries. But we know that sometimes users have questions about how to charge a rechargeable vibrator so it can keep up with your intimate needs.

We’ve consulted our in-house Spencer’s sexperts to help keep your favorite sex toys going as long as you desire. Below you’ll find best practices and storage tips for rechargeable vibes.

To charge a rechargeable vibrator, you need to make sure you’re using the right power source. You should only plug the USB connector into a UL adaptor with an output of 5V (volts), not exceeding a current of 2A (amperes). We do not recommend plugging your rechargeable vibrator into your computer or laptop.

Only use the power cord that came with your vibrator to charge it.

When charging your vibrator for the first time, make sure it is fully charged before use. Always unplug the vibrator when it’s done charging. For subsequent uses, we also recommend letting the vibrator fully charge, and then unplugging.

When storing your rechargeable vibrator, make sure your vibrator is unplugged and stored separately from other sex toys.

Always follow all instructions provided with your vibrator.
