We even went online and polled Spencer’s fans from all over social media to tell us exactly what kind of anime you’re watching and who your favorite characters are. So in honor of Anime Day being on April 15th we’re going to be revealing all YOUR favorite characters from Spencer’s fan-favorite anime.
Hunter x Hunter
Kicking off our list today is an anime that’s really going to please your adventurous side. Hunter x Hunter takes place in a world where beings known as Hunters exist. A Hunter is a specialized individual who has proven themselves to be an elite member of society capable of tracking down rare items, hunting down targets, and completing many other vigorous tasks. These hunters are usually highly specialized in their profession and must complete a brutal exam to receive their official Hunter license. The story follows a boy named Gon who is on a journey to become a Hunter himself to track down his father who he previously had thought was dead. If you haven’t checked it out already Hunter x Hunter is a bit on the shorter side making it a perfect anime to get started on with plenty of action and characters to peak your interest.

One Piece
If the pirate’s life is for you then you’ll love what One Piece has to offer. Be warned, this show is known for being extremely binge-worthy! One Piece takes place during the Great Pirate Era and follows protagonist Monkey D. Luffy on his quest to find the One Piece treasure and become the King of the Pirates. The deep story and amazing world-building that this anime provides over its hundreds and hundreds of episodes is unparalleled and is sure to provide you with an amazing anime experience if you haven’t seen it already.

Demon Slayer
Another Spencer’s fan-favorite anime, Demon Slayer is a tale about vengeance and retribution for one’s family. Demon Slayer is an intense story about a boy named Tanjiro Kamado who is set on a journey to slay the demon who killed his family and transformed his sister into a demon. Seeing the battle between the demon slayers and the demons take place in the show leads to some exhilarating fights and if you haven’t checked out yet you’re missing out on what could quickly become one of your favorites.

My Hero Academia
If you’re a fan of superheroes, then this next anime will be right up your alley. My Hero Academia takes place in a modern-day world where humans have grown to develop special powers called “Quirks”. These quirks grant the user special powers and abilities for them to learn and use as they please. These powers naturally have led to the rise of supervillains looking to abuse their power and heroes training to defeat those villains. Featuring plenty of action, some awesome characters, and some stellar animation this anime is a must-watch.
