Whipped Lemonade Mocktail
This tart, fluffy treat is perfect for warm days by the pool. It’s light and refreshing with just enough sweetness to rival ice cream.
Ingredients:
1 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of cream of coconut
3-4 cups of crushed ice
Directions:
Use a blender to mix the ingredients (use fresh-squeezed lemon juice for best results) until they’re smooth and consistent. Pour into glasses and garnish each one with a sliced lemon wheel!

Whisk the mixture until it’s smooth and consistent. Allow the mixture to cool until it’s warm (not hot). Pour the mixture into shot glasses, filling each about halfway.
